What we cover

We’ll begin with a detailed survey of your home or site. From there, we create a set of bespoke sketch designs and these are refined together, when we will also discuss timelines, budgets, and next steps. As part of this Stage, you will receive guidance on planning requirements, building regulations, other specialists services — so you can move forward with confidence and a sense of direction.
