Fall back in love with the home you already have.

Sometimes, your home doesn’t need major alterations — it just needs a fresh perspective.

This Interior Architecture review helps you to rethink the layout you already have, making it work harder for your lifestyle. Whether you’re craving better flow, more storage, or just a brighter, calmer space — we can help you to unlock your home’s potential.

You can also send us any floor plan ideas you have to hand, and we can in turn provide an expert second opinion. As RIAI Registered Architects, we will review them and offer advice that’s grounded in first principles and tailored to your family’s needs.

This service includes:

  1. A review of your floorplans which looks at your current floorplan/proposal from the perspective of:

    • Sun orientation

    • How the spaces work, both individually and as a whole, and how they might be improved.

    • How rooms might be laid out and used.

    • Whether there is adequate storage, how better storage might be incorporated.

    • Whether the kitchen is correctly located and laid out.

    • Finishes and materials – how to choose what best suits the design and your needs

    2. A report showing a run-down of our main suggestions which includes scaled, freehand annotated sketches overlaid on the existing drawings showing alternative layouts, either to individual rooms or parts of the house, as relevant.

Note: Pre-planning stage advice only. Fee includes VAT at 23% and all relevant tax. We do not offer advice on cost but work in a cost-conscious way. As building construction costs vary widely depending on a number of variables [including region, project scope, standard of finishes  etc.,], we avail of the RIAI Building Cost Guidelines as a rough guideline to provide feedback on whether the additional footprint you hope to achieve is within a healthy range. A “ballpark” estimate may then be sought from a Contractor or a Cost Estimate from a Quantity Surveyor using the issued revised sketch.

“I met with Georgy to discuss how to create a better flow at home and look at storage ideas. Her enthusiasm was contagious and made me so look forward to putting plans into action. I loved her vision and aesthetic, and look forward to working with her at each juncture of our home improvement journey!”
