Following on from our online discussion, we will prepare a follow-up report showing a run-down of our main suggestions and 1 hand-drawn sketch to move forward with your dream home plans.

The Brief Development consultation includes a relaxed, one-hour conversation online — designed to help you frame and focus your ideas.
Together, we’ll chat through how you live, what’s working (and what’s not), and what kind of spaces you aspire to create. From there, we’ll help you define your project “Brief” — a simple, structured outline of your goals, priorities, and must-haves.
After our session, you’ll receive a report based on our discussion which aims to:
Clarify what works and what doesn’t in your current home
List your requirements in order of priority
Outlines the main parameters and scope that will guide the next stages of your project— giving you clarity and confidence as you move forward.
